Romantic Retreat
The owners of this Atlanta home wanted to update their “builder grade” bathroom and turn it into a space that was a romantic sanctuary for two. In order to accomplish this, the entire master suite needed to be gutted. The original bedroom, bathroom, and closets were all designed with a multitude of clumsy 45 degree angles.
The new master suite features a private foyer as the entrance to the bedroom, a completely redesigned bathroom, and a large dressing room. This master bath was designed around the homeowner’s most important request…a large walk-in steam shower. A deep soaking tub by Waterworks was framed by classic columns and dentil molding, while separate vanities with delicate detailing completed the space. Mirrored double doors between the vanities marked the entrance to their new spacious dressing room. All cabinetry shown is the Victorian range by Clive Christian in Antique Linen White.
